How long do refunds take G2A?
If the payment did go through, the merchant will be able to request that the payment be reversed via the payment processor portal. This refund will take between 3 to 5 working days, depending mostly on your bank's policy.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically given store credit within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
How long does it take to process my payment? Most payment methods are processed instantly. Some payments, e.g. international bank transfers or cash payments require more time.
For example, if your buyer receives a refund, you will see a link to a contact form in the Statements tab of your G2A Account dashboard. 3) Alternatively, you can send an e-mail with an explanation of your issue directly to support@g2a.com. A unique ticket will be automatically created for you.
Refunds to debit cards tend to take between two and five business days, but it can take up to 30 days depending on the company issuing the refund.
The process typically takes between 3–10 business days, with the timeframe depending on factors such as: The merchant—How quickly the merchant responds to your request affects the timeline of your refund.
Many sellers on G2A Marketplace are wholesalers who purchase game keys straight from the developers and publishers in bulk. Since they buy a large number of items at once, they purchase them at much lower prices. This means they can, in turn, offer their customers great discounts.
Yes, G2A is completely legal and reliable. G2A is an online marketplace where you can purchase Steam keys and other store keys for various video games. Since its inception in 2010 G2A has been building partnerships with other companies, and now works with some of the biggest brands, like Microsoft and Google.
No, it's not as safe as just buying from an actual legit store's site. G2A and CDKeys and the like are greymarket. They use stolen credit cards to buy keys, or buy keys from countries where they are cheaper and resell them. Your game can be revoked for such things and it does happen.
Why is G2A payment taking so long?
If your purchase is taking longer to be completed, it might mean that your payment for G2A Plus failed and your membership hasn't activated.
The most common reasons behind failed transactions include: Mistakes in the payment details - Invalid CVVs, PIN codes, card numbers or expiration dates. Payment method restrictions - insufficient funds, cards disabled for international or online payments, or the amount to pay exceeding the limits on your card.
Check if you own the card or account you are using to make the payment. Check if data transfer is not blocked or obscured by any active software. Use a different device (mobile phone, tablet etc.) Use a registered G2A Account with a connected phone number (click HERE to add a phone number to your account)
If there is a Payment Reversal on your Statements, it means the buyer opened a PayPal dispute for the product he purchased from you or made a chargeback. In that case, the transaction is put on hold. Once this happens, G2A specialists will help you to try and resolve the dispute in your favor.
Some of the items sold on G2A.COM have regional restrictions and can be activated only in certain regions. If the key can be activated in your country according to the item page on G2A, but it still doesn't work, contact the seller of your key and let him know about the problem.
All the keys are generated by publishers and developers.
It also means, that all of the keys on G2A.COM are legit. The keys can be sold in bulks to wholesalers, who get them at attractive prices.
It all boils down to it being a combination of many factors. You may have paid immediately but that doesn't mean the vendor GOT the money that quickly. A company won't stay in business long if refunds process out faster than they can receive the money being refunded.
Refunds can take 5-10 days to process due to the exchange of information between multiple parties involved in the refund process. Manual oversight, varying refund processes, and the number of parties involved contribute to the time it takes for refunds to be credited.
The easy one: Merchants don't have as much motivation to process a refund as they do to process a purchase that will put money in their pockets. The second reason: It's a bit of an illusion. When you make a purchase and your card is swiped, it sends a temporary authorization or hold to your bank.
A refund will take longer if you file by mail or don't select direct deposit. In addition, if the return is more complex or corrections are needed, it may slow the process down.
Why does it take so long to refund money?
Why does a Refund take Time to Reach Customers? Three main parties are involved in a successful payment refund – the payment gateway, the merchant's bank, and the customer's bank. Refunds take longer than transactions because they have to go through an elaborate process and involve the combined work of various systems.
If a taxpayer receives the status update that their tax return was accepted but not approved, this means that the IRS has received their tax return, but they have not yet evaluated the information.
The company was established under the original name Go2Arena in 2010 by Bartosz Skwarczek and Dawid Rożek in Rzeszów, Poland as an online video game retailer.
It only means, that after the purchase you have one month to activate the key before it becomes irredeemable. Once you *do* activate it, the game stays yours until the end of human civilisation. In other words, the keys have expiration date, but the games don't.
Where is G2A.COM Located? The G2A Group is headquartered in Amsterdam. G2A Marketplace is headquartered in Hong Kong, but we also have offices in several other countries.
