Why is G2A taking so long to process payment?
Sometimes our system needs to verify your payment and approve it. You may be asked to verify your payment via your phone number. Make sure to follow the instructions and all should go well.
How long does it take to process my payment? Most payment methods are processed instantly. Some payments, e.g. international bank transfers or cash payments require more time.
Most of the time it's because your provider didn't approve your payment. Check if: You typed in correct payment details - card number, expiration date, CVV code. Your card can be used for international payments - some cards, prepaids or gift cards, work only in specific regions/countries.
If your purchase is taking longer to be completed, it might mean that your payment for G2A Plus failed and your membership hasn't activated.
Waiting for payment – your payment still hasn't been completed or we haven't received it yet. If you did not use an instant method, it may take a bit longer for the payment to be processed by your operator. You may have also canceled your payment or haven't started it at all.

In most cases, online credit card payments will take between one and three business days to post to your account, and your balance should be updated about the same time.
If you are sure that you did not pay for your order yet and no money was charged on your account then you can go to your Orders history tab and mark it as canceled. If you want to cancel an order that has not been paid yet, you can also just leave it unpaid without any consequences.

Here are a few possible causes for the suspension of your offer/account: Keys you put for sale have been found in a different offer. Keys you sold have been proven to be faulty: invalid, already used or region-locked.
Why does my order still say processing?
Processing most likely means the order was sent to one of the warehouses, but tracking data has not been sent back to the eCommerce solution. This explains why some packages arrive before the status changes from Processing to Completed.
Many sellers on G2A Marketplace are wholesalers who purchase game keys straight from the developers and publishers in bulk. Since they buy a large number of items at once, they purchase them at much lower prices. This means they can, in turn, offer their customers great discounts.
Your funds will always be refunded to the source of your payment, if only possible. However, some payment methods, such as Paysafecard or cash payments, cannot be refunded directly to the source of your payment. In these cases, your refund will be sent to your G2A PAY balance.

Most sellers on G2A Marketplace offer instant deliveries, which means you'll get the digital item you bought as soon as your order is processed and completed. However, there are some sellers who need more time to send the item to you.
“Yes, G2A is legit. A game developer cannot dictate where you can buy its products, and there is nothing illegal about buying a game key for less than the retail price. ... Although a developer can't control where its keys are sold, the developer does have the right to revoke fraudulent keys.”
Valve can ban you for pretty much any reason, or no reason at all; it's included in the various forms you agree to when you make an account. However, it's not likely for you to be banned from Steam for buying games on G2A.
Available options include Bank Transfer, Payoneer, Skrill. If you want to withdraw funds, you need to have them in your Available Balance. If you're a seller, it takes between 7-14 days for your earnings on sales to become unlocked, with the actual time depending on your Seller Supreme rank.
After the initial verification at checkout, the card issuers can take a day or two to investigate purchases. This is why bigger transactions take longer to clear—they have a bigger impact if they're fraudulent, so the card issuer is incentivized to take their time.
Why is payment processing so slow?
Some banks may take longer than others to process and clear any funds they receive. This happens due to outdated infrastructure, banking restrictions or closures. Many banks tend to process payments in 48-72hr backdated batches. Therefore, debited funds show as pending, despite clearing with a merchant or recipient.
Pending transactions take time because they go through an authorization process to confirm available funds and involve communication between the merchant, credit card issuer, and payment processors.
Our team does its best to answer tickets as soon as possible. However, the response time may vary depending on the current workload, and your question's complexity. You will receive an email notification as soon as we reply to your ticket, so make sure you check your inbox frequently.
If there is a Payment Reversal on your Statements, it means the buyer opened a PayPal dispute for the product he purchased from you or made a chargeback. In that case, the transaction is put on hold. Once this happens, G2A specialists will help you to try and resolve the dispute in your favor.
While thorough, the verification process is also very simple. All you need to do is fill in and submit a form available on your G2A Account dashboard.
